ABOUT FLEX FIELD HOCKEY
FLEX Field Hockey is a youth program for Kindergarten through 6th grade centered around Fun Learning EXperiences! Players will FLEX their field hockey muscles through skills and drills, competitions and games, as well asconditioning and agilities. We emphasize trying your best, being a good teammate and having fun!

Coach Ashley and Coach Molly have remained teammates as they've continue to play field hockey year round through local adult leagues. In December 2023 they were members of the Masters USA O35 squad and played in the Pan American games in Buenos Aires, Argentina, earning a silver medal. In October 2024 they traveled to Cape Town, South Africa to play in the World Cup. GO USA!

We have both current and former college players on coaching staff to ensure our players get plenty of attention and direction while at FLEX events.
